Brand Identity and Style Guidelines

General Trademark Guidelines

These guidelines ensure that our brand identities remain consistent across all media. Maintaining a unified visual language is essential for building trust with our partners, healthcare professionals, and final consumers.

When using your own trademark/brand

Follow this page only when using your own brand/trademark.

On co-branded materials – like product packagings – the standard brand logo is replaced by the “Quality-Proven Formula“ graphic. See the section below.

In short

  • Mandatory disclaimer: Always include the legal disclaimer.
  • Color & logo integrity: Whenever possible, use the official colored product logo. Strictly adhere to the brand color palette.
  • No modifications: Do not alter, stretch, flip, or edit the logo or wordmark in any way. Always use the official logo files provided by BSP.
  • Spacing & visibility: Leave sufficient space (exclusion zone) around the wordmark to separate it from other content. Ensure the logo is clearly identifiable and meets the minimum 5mm height for print.
  • Co-branded products or marketing materials must contain the "Quality-Proven Formula" graphic, that presents the product logo as a unique formula.

Trademark and Logo

The trademark is the primary identifier of the product’s quality and efficacy.

Registered Symbol: ®

The trademark must always be followed by the ® symbol (where applicable).

Typography and Color

The logo must be presented in its registered format. Exception: When used in an ingredient list or technical table, the trademark should maintain the same font color as the surrounding text (do not use the standard corporate colors in these specific technical contexts).

Trademark in Ingredient Lists

Unless prohibited by local regulatory requirements, the relevant trademark should be preceded by the notation "[trademark] formula contains – " in ingredient lists. For example:

"Bactoblis® formula contains – Streptococcus salivarius K12, …".

Legal Disclaimers

The trademark must appear in the disclaimer of the finished product packaging. You can find the specific disclaimers on the page for each product.

Logo Versions and Application

To ensure maximum legibility, select the appropriate version based on the background. In general we provide 3 different types of the trademark logo.

Standard Version (Preferred)

Logo in corporate colors on white or light-colored backgrounds.

White Version

Use only when the standard version lacks sufficient contrast (e.g., on dark backgrounds).

Monochrome Version

Reserved for internal packaging, leaflets and where monochrome artworks or layouts don’t allow others colors. Note: Customers must receive prior notification before using this version.

Prohibited Uses

  • Do Not flip the colors of the logo.
  • Do Not stretch, distort, or modify the proportions of the logo.
  • Do Not use the Standard Version on dark backgrounds.
  • Do Not place the logo in a way that causes confusion with other trademarks.

Co-Branding Guidelines

When Bactoblis® is presented alongside a partner brand logo, the standard brand logo must be replaced by the “Quality-Proven Formula” graphic. This graphic is intended to convey at a glance the quality and uniqueness of the formula’s proven effectiveness and—where applicable—to indicate that it is patented. By using this graphic instead of the standalone logo, we ensure that our brand’s core value proposition is always protected and clearly communicated, regardless of which partner is involved.

You will find them along with all other required content in the Product asset page for each product.

Placement and Sizing

Primary Placement

The logo should be placed on the front side of consumer packaging.

Secondary Placement

The logo may be placed on the back of the packaging.

Minimum Size

A minimum height of 5mm is required for print. For smaller SKUs, the logo may be scaled down but must remain clearly identifiable.

Exclusion Zone

Maintain a clear space around the logo (clearance zone) to ensure no other graphic elements interfere with its visibility.
